Product This kit enables bisulfite-conversion and subsequent purification of DNA for analyses such as methylation specific PCR (MSP), qMSP and bisulfite sequencing. Fast bisulfite conversion takes only 45 min with a high conversion rate of 99%. Unique formulations improve the quality and recovery rate of converted DNA.
