Product This kit enables purification and bisulfite-conversion of DNA from stool samples for DNA methylation detection. Fast bisulfite conversion takes 45 min. Impurities in stool are removed to assure high purity of DNA.

Sample Collection & Handling • Collect stool samples in preservation buffer

Store proteinase K solution at -20 ± 5℃, magnetic beads and elution buffer at 2-8℃, and the others at room temperature.
